By using VIDO Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

VIDO Studio provides a desktop screen recording and video editing application. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you record and edit.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features such as license activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Licensing

VIDO Studio requires a valid license to access premium features. License terms, pricing, and commercial-use rights are defined on the official pricing page.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using VIDO Studio. We do not claim ownership of your recordings or exports. VIDO Studio is developed by KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. The VIDO Studio name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

VIDO Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of data or revenue.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
